So FAIRY sweet of you!

Another stamp that I love. Really, I pretty much love all my stamps... but this one is special because she shares a name with my sweet little 3 year old girl, Chloe.

I saw this challenge with a sketch and I'm also wanting to try out to be on TGF design team, so I combined the two. I'll email in this card with a couple others for their stuff, but I wanted to go ahead and blog this card for the challenge.
I followed the sketch pretty closely... I used the papers from a TAC pack, blossoms. I used some faux stitching on the paper strips - since all the papers matched so well, I thought they blended almost too well, so I used the stitching to set them apart a little. Colored lil miss Fairy Chloe (from TGF) with copics and some stickles for the wings - I mixed icicle and frosted lace to get this effect. The sentiment stamp is from Whiff of Joy, I love my new fairy sayings! Also added a couple primas and some dewdrops.

As soon as my mom gets here, we're off to the Memorial Air Show at our little airport and we'll probably do some eating and some shopping too. Luckily though, mom will probably play with the kids a lot this weekend so I'll have some 'guilt-free' crafting time to get a couple more cards ready for the TGF design team call, and get a bunch of journals ready for my Funky Fairy DT duties.
