Card Numero Uno!Challenge 1 - HERE - sketch!
Challenge 2 - HERE - use a fave sentiment!
Well, easy peasy. It was a gorgeous simple challenge, not hard to follow. I chose some fab We R Memory Keepers papers, a sentiment from my new TGF set (suzie surprise), one of my GORGEOUS new STAMPINGBELLA kettos - MissMatch! And put it together. I inked all the edges, added some little gem flowers for bling, a piece of ribbon from the stash... oh, and all the pink on the little miss - it's colored with my pink spica pen - the photo does not do justice all the lovely sparkle.
Oh - and this card is also my bid for a DT spot with the folks at Stamp Challenges. I would love to be a part of those stellar ranks!!!!
Card Numero Dos! Challenge 1 - HERE - use a sketch AND brown, pink, ivory!
Challenge 2 - HERE - use some chocolate!
I used the sketch, and used a lovely BG paper that had brown pink and a little ivory all sort of tye-dyed in together, then accented with a brown and a pink. Also used a cool pink/ivory striped ribbon. I added the sentiment on top even though it wasn't in the sketch...
For the chocolate... I didn't really have any stamps of chocolate. I had a chocolate covered strawberry, but I wasn't feeling that. I had some cupcakes, but I wasn't feeling those either. So, I thought of what sentiments I had and remembered this ADORABLE set from Inkadinkado. Therefore, the card *DOES* have chocolate ... in the sentiment instead of as an image, but I *DID* stamp it LOL. Also, I'm probably not entered into the prize drawing for the second challenge (they require that your card is ONLY for their challenge) - but, I liked the challenge and wanted to participate. I've participated in probably around 400 challenges in the last 4-5 months, and I've only won once... so I figure I probably wouldn't have had their prize anyway (I hope. Cuz man, if I did miss out - I would be so sad.)
Anyhow, enjoy my cards, enjoy your Friday, enjoy your life, just enjoy.

Card numero Dos is so funny...I have that same stamp and every time I see it I think of Dr. Phil. It's just so silly how we sometimes look at things and it instantly makes us think of something else! Great layout and the sentiment is perfect for this week's challenge!
