I heard...

It was so fun to sit down and make a card with some of my new goodies!

I found 2 challenges to help with this one. You can find them here and here. (One was to use a favorite color combo, the other was to do a get well card.) Color combo, after buying this awesome "latte" mat stack from DCWV, this was one of my favorite color combos ever. Green, brown, purple, with a little blue in there. Awesome. Get well (using a house mouse stamp) too easy with the mudpie sweetie!
I added the cool flourishes in green to look like flower stems. (Those are quickutz dies that I used in my cuttlebug machine.) Some pretty primas, dewdrops, a printed sentiment... oh, and I sewed mudpie onto his mat with my awesome Janome sew-mini.
Oh, and I inked the edges. That's partially just because I love to ink stuff and because hey, they said to use my favorites!
~enjoy~

I love this card! The way you held the sentiment on with the flower stem that you created is fabulous and the colors are so pretty. The House-Mouse gang thinks you did a P-awesome job on this challenge. Keep on stampin' on, Diana.
