I made it with TAC background paper (you have to *ADORE* papers that already look to be 2 different sheets of paper and save you gluing and thinking). The purple flowers are punched, embossed, and inked. The stamp is from rubbernecker. Colored with copics and added rhinestones for the flower centers. Easy peasy!
