I made this card for an AWESOME challenge that I really really hope to win. You can find it here.
These stamps, they're so awesome! If I win the challenge, I would get SIX of them. WOWZERS!
You can find the sketch they gave us on their blog. I followed it pretty close... I put the strip of ribbon in instead of a strip of paper. I also added the bow, the dewdrops, the primas, the chipboard flourish. The chipboard was naked - I inked it with colorbox fluid chalk chesnut roan ink until it was covered, then put crystal glaze on it. Then I attached the little prima and the dewdrop. I put more primas and dewdrops on the sentiment, and three in the corner because I thought it needed it. I sponged around the pretty little girl with some yellow and blue ink, and sponged in a bright orange sun. Also added a little sparkle on her flower with some stickles. All the paper edges are inked with my fluid chalk.
I feel like I totally knocked this one out of the park. (I'm afraid to go look at the other submissions... I hope it wasn't actually just a teeny little base hit. - why am I making baseball metaphors?)
Anyhow, I really hope you enjoy this one!
